Job summary

Veolia Middle East seeks a Procurement Engineer to lead procurement and supply chain for EPC projects. You will manage subcontracts, oversee supplier relations, and drive KPI performance in alignment with project objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years of procurement experience, and fluency in English. The position is based on site in the UAE and involves collaboration with engineering, contracts, and proposals teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement on complex EPC projects; 10 years total experience.
• Experience with subcontracts management is mandatory.
• Experience in multinational contractors/consultancies in power, water, or O&G sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies for EPC projects.
• Manage subcontracts and supplier relationships to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
• Provide ongoing risk assessment and KPI reporting for procurement activities.
