Job summary

Alcazar Energy is seeking a procurement and contracts professional to support multi-entity project operations in the UAE. You will manage agreements, lead PO processes, and ensure compliance with procurement controls.

This role requires 3–5 years in procurement, strong ERP/PO experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and excellent Excel skills. You will coordinate with finance, legal, and project teams across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement or contracts administration, ideally in a multi-entity or project-based environment.
• Experience with PO/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with procurement controls (approval matrices, audit trails).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralised agreements & contracts tracker across all entities, flagging renewals and expiries.
• Confirm signed agreements before issuing POs and flag gaps.
• Lead PO lifecycle in ERP from creation to final approval and sharing.
• Register and maintain vendor master data; respond to vendor queries.
• Standardise PO numbering, templates, and filing conventions across entities.
