Job summary

Astons is seeking an experienced Processing Lawyer in Dubai to join our team on a full-time basis. You will deliver comprehensive legal assistance on investment immigration programs and prepare citizenship and residency documentation with meticulous compliance.

You will manage relationships with translators, notaries, and other external partners, coordinate notarizations, and liaise with consular authorities as needed to facilitate requests.

Qualifications

• Law degree with experience in immigration law or related legal fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to interpret complex legal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently and meet deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced Processing Lawyer in Dubai to join our team on a full time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive legal assistance related to investment immigration programs;
• Preparing documents for investment citizenship and residency applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages;
• Managing relationships with external partners and contractors (translators, notaries);
• Organizing notarization of documents;
• Coordination with consular authorities to facilitate document requests, when necessary.

Requirements:

• A law degree and experience in the legal aspects of the immigration industry;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients;
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines;
