Himalaya Wellness Europe is seeking a Process Engineer to contribute to development, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes in its R&D-to-manufacturing framework. You will translate R&D concepts into robust commercial processes, ensuring product quality and scalable cost efficiency across sites.

The role requires collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and regional supply teams to support tech transfer and manufacturing performance.

Competenze

• B.Tech in chemical engineering and 1–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with scale-up trials, process development and technology transfer is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA requirements and GMP practices is an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Assess manufacturing feasibility, equipment capabilities, and material needs.
• Plan and lead lab, pilot, and industrial-scale trials for process development and tech transfer.
• Support raw material qualification through trials and validation activities.
