Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Industrial/Process engineering in an electrical/switch gear environment.
• Basic Electrical/Switch Gear industry knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process routing, factory layouts, and workstation designs.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes and work methods.
• Prepare MSP reports; evaluate suppliers and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate machine installation and ensure handover to production.
• Establish and maintain Work Instructions for production teams.
• Identify required tools and define process parameters to ensure quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and qualify special processes.
• Implement IMS procedures and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Deliver QHSE training and promote awareness among team members.
