Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and technical support to operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Oversee discipline activities, including procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measures.
• Develop and implement programs to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining safety and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure welding specifications compliance and identify improvements.
• Train and mentor personnel in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders to address welding-related queries and provide technical guidance.
