Job summary

Our client in Dubai seeks a Process Automation Expert to lead AI-driven automation across finance, HR and procurement using M365 and Azure. You will implement Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps and Copilot Studio to transform manual workflows into scalable solutions.

Strong collaboration with business users to standardize and adopt automated processes is essential. Experience designing workflows and integrating AI tools with enterprise platforms is required;

Job Summary:

Our client islooking for a skilled Process Automation Expert to drive automation across finance, HR, and procurement using M365 and Azure. The role focuses on leveraging Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and Copilot Studio to transform manual processes into scalable, AI‑driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Automation: Identify and automate recurring manual tasks in finance, HR, and procurement using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• M365 & Azure Integration: Develop workflows with Power Automate (flows, approvals, ALM), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, and integrate with Copilot Studio for AI‑powered automation.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with business users to document, standardize, and automate processes, ensuring seamless handovers and adoption.
• AI & Copilot Rollouts: Support enterprise AI initiatives (ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilot) and drive adoption across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in process automation with M365 (Power Automate, SharePoint) and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions)Strong expertise in workflow design, approvals, and process optimization
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, M365 Copilot)
• Ability to translate business needs into automated solutions
• Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders
• UAE Based: Must be residing in the UAE
• Visa Status: Preferably hold a valid UAE visa (Golden Visa, Spouse Visa, or Self-Sponsored)
