We are seeking an experienced and versatile Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Team Leader/Architect to lead our team in designing developing and implementing innovative business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio.
• Architect scalable secure and cost-efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio within existing workflows to enhance productivity and intelligence.
• Build AI use cases and autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define solution architecture and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance mentorship and coaching to the development team.
• Stay current with the latest features updates and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and AI integrations.
• Ensure compliance with governance security policies and data privacy standards.
• Establish and maintain standard development processes documentation and quality assurance procedures.
• Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
• Communicate project status risks and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Power Platform architect developer or team lead.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio Power BI Power Virtual Agents).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI/ML integrations.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture security and governance in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Azure Solutions Architect or similar are highly desirable.
