Job summary

Premium Solutions Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a dedicated PRO – Driver to act as the primary liaison with government authorities for permits, licenses, and documentation. The role requires close coordination with agencies and service providers to keep processes moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic, have 3–5 years UAE experience in public relations or government affairs, and be proficient with UAE electronic portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Public relations experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai regulatory framework and government processes.
• Proficient in using computer and Dubai electronic service portals.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the company and government authorities for permits, licenses, and documentation.
• Manage government procedures and ensure timely execution.
• Handle visa and immigration processes for employees per UAE labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
• Maintain records of government communications, permits and licenses.
• Liaise with government bodies (Dubai Economy, DED, DDA, municipality, Labour, Immigration) and service providers like DU, Empower, DEWA.
• Provide quick service while staying updated on UAE rules.
• Administer electronic government portals.
• Deliver documents timely to offices, banks, courts.
• Provide administrative support for office materials, staff, vehicles.
• Submit progress reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities for permits, licenses, and documentation.
2. Efficiently manage and oversee government procedures while ensuring timely execution.
3. Handle visa and immigration processes for employees in accordance with UAE labor laws.
4. Ensure the company’s adherence to all legal requirements and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of all government-related communications, permits, and licenses.
6. Liaise with various government bodies including Dubai Economy, DED, DDA, municipality, Labor department, Immigration, and service providers like DU, Empower, or DEWA.
7. Provide quick, efficient service while staying updated on UAE rules and regulations.
8. Administer electronic services related to UAE government portals.
9. Timely delivery of documents to respective offices, banks, courts, etc.
10. Offer administrative support for office materials, maintenance, staff, and vehicles.
11. Submit regular progress reports to management.
