RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Private Chef for a live-in role in Dubai to prepare daily Indian, Continental, Arabic, and Asian cuisines. The chef will plan menus, manage kitchen operations, and coordinate groceries with household staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of cooking experience, including live-in work for VIP families, with strong hygiene, discretion, and English communication in a professional household setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience, preferably including live-in work for VIP or affluent families in UAE/GCC.
• Experienced in preparing Indian, Continental, Arabic, Asian and other international dishes.
• Ability to plan and prepare daily meals independently, manage groceries, maintain hygiene, and follow dietary instructions.

Responsibilities

• Daily family meal preparation according to tastes and schedules.
• Plan weekly menus featuring multi-cuisine dishes and dietary needs.
• Independently manage kitchen operations, cleanliness, storage and equipment safety.
• Prepare grocery lists, monitor inventory, minimize wastage and coordinate with household staff.
• Ensure meals align with family preferences and dietary restrictions.
