Flexibility to match the family’s schedule and the ability to work independently are essential. Attention to dietary restrictions and portion control is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Private Cook or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Ability to prepare healthy and balanced meals.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work according to the household's schedule.
• Trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and well-presented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals including breakfast lunch dinner and snacks as required.
• Prepare a variety of strong Indian Arabic Continental and other international cuisines.
• Plan weekly menus based on the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of strong food hygiene cleanliness and kitchen safety.
• Purchase or coordinate the purchase of groceries and kitchen ingredients.
• Monitor food stock and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Prepare meals according to specific dietary restrictions allergies or nutritional requirements.
• Adjust recipes and menus based on feedback from the family.
• Minimize food wastage and manage ingredients efficiently.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
• Handle kitchen appliances and equipment safely and properly.
