This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, budgeting experience, and excellent English communication. You will coordinate with vendors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and security while supporting the employer's preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a private residence or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise domestic staff including housekeepers, cooks, nannies, and drivers.
• Create and maintain staff schedules.
• Manage household budgets and purchases.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and renovations.
• Coordinate with vendors for services.
• Ensure safety and security of the residence.
• Plan and host events at the residence.
