PrimeGlobal seeks a responsible House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. The role manages household staff, schedules, and budgets, ensuring a functional, organized home.

This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future; visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate. Accommodation is not included.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of household budgeting and expense management.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Must have valid visa sponsorship for Abu Dhabi.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage a team of household staff including cleaners, cooks, and drivers
• Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Manage household budgets and expenses
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any necessary home maintenance or repairs
• Ensure all household supplies are stocked and replenished as needed
• Maintain an organized and clean home environment at all times
• Plan and organize events or parties hosted at the residence
• Communicate effectively with the homeowner to address any concerns or requests
