Avanta Works is seeking a capable House Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. You will lead a small team of domestic staff and ensure smooth, efficient running of the household.

This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, budgeting experience, and excellent English communication. You will coordinate with vendors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and security while supporting the employer's preferences.

House Manager in Abu Dhabi

As a House Manager in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. You will oversee a team of domestic staff and ensure that the household runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage domestic staff, including housekeepers, cooks, nannies, and drivers
• Create and maintain schedules for household tasks and staff duties
• Maintain household budgets and purchase necessary supplies
• Oversee household maintenance, including repairs and renovations
• Coordinate with vendors for services such as landscaping, pest control, and home security
• Ensure the safety and security of the residence at all times
• Plan and organize events hosted at the residence
• Keep track of household inventory and manage any necessary replacements or repairs
• Communicate effectively with the employer to understand their preferences and expectations for the household

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a private residence or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of household management best practices
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferences
