You will collaborate with a close-knit kitchen team, assist with menu planning based on family preferences and seasonal ingredients, and uphold strict hygiene and discretion standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
• Sound knowledge of international cooking techniques.
• Basic pastry and dessert preparation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Culinary and/or Food Hygiene certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting high-quality international dishes with consistency and creativity.
• Supporting menu planning based on family preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Preparing simple desserts and assisting with basic pastry items when required.
