Job summary

Human One Global seeks an experienced Executive Chef to manage the culinary and kitchen operations of a private residence in Dubai for a single family office. The role involves designing daily and tasting menus, meeting strict nutritional targets, and overseeing procurement and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in professional kitchens, preferably in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments in the UAE or abroad, and is fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design daily and tasting menus tailored to the family’s preferences.
• Cook to precise, household-approved nutritional targets, calculating calories, protein and micronutrients per serving.
• Work with strict ingredient exclusions and rigorous allergen control.
• Plan and deliver dinner parties and larger household events.
• Own procurement, international sourcing, stock control and food costs.
• Run the kitchen independently using spreadsheets, a recipe database and AI tools.

We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage the culinary and kitchen operations of a private residence for a single family office in Dubai.

What You Will Get

• AED 30,000 monthly salary with a 10% annual increase
• Annual performance bonus of up to 40%, plus an AI adoption bonus of up to 10%

Your Responsibilities

• Design daily and tasting menus tailored to the family’s preferences
• Cook to precise, household-approved nutritional targets, calculating calories, protein and micronutrients per serving
• Work with strict ingredient exclusions and rigorous allergen control

About You

• At least 8 years in professional kitchens
• Substantial experience in a leading fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchen, in the UAE or abroad
• Proven ability to cook to quantified nutritional targets
• Strong across French, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Indian and plant-based cuisine
• Comfortable working independently, without a permanent brigade
• Discreet, highly organised and fluent in English
• Private household experience is strongly preferred
