Job summary

Water & Shark is expanding its Private Client & Family Office Advisory practice and is looking for a lawyer ready to work on sophisticated cross-border wealth structuring matters for leading families and founders. You will design and draft wealth structures, advise on onshore and offshore structuring across jurisdictions, and lead execution with meticulous follow-through.

Ideal candidates have 3-4+ years experience, strong European private client expertise, UAE-based or relocating to the UAE,

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted in a European jurisdiction.
• 3-4+ years of experience in cross-border private client and wealth structuring.
• Strong multi-jurisdiction European private client and succession law expertise.
• UK, Cypriot or Romanian law experience preferred.
• Based in the UAE, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Demonstrated drafting skills for complex structuring documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft sophisticated wealth structures for UHNI families and founders.

• Structure insurance-based wealth solutions, including PPLI.
• Advise on succession, estate planning and family governance.

• Work closely with banks, trustees, insurers and legal advisers.

• Contribute to building and scaling the practice
