Job summary

Montpellier Resourcing in Dubai is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join a private client team. You will build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth relationships across the GCC, delivering tailored investment, protection and banking solutions in partnership with investment specialists.

This client-facing role requires a proven track record in private banking or wealth management, a strong network of HNW clients, and regulatory qualifications such as CISI or CFA.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking, wealth management or IFA role.
• Strong network of high-net-worth clients.
• Regulatory qualifications such as CISI/CFA or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
• A proven track record of meeting revenue and AUM growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of private banking and wealth management clients across the GCC.

A well-established wealth management firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its growing private client team. This is a client-facing role for someone who can build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth relationships across the GCC, working closely with investment and product specialists to deliver tailored advice.

Duties of the Wealth Advisor to include:

• Building and managing a portfolio of private banking and wealth management clients across the region
• Identifying client needs and structuring appropriate investment, protection and banking solutions
• Working with internal investment teams to deliver portfolio reviews and recommendations
• Meeting new business targets through referrals, networking and existing client relationships
• Ensuring all client interactions meet DIFC regulatory and suitability standards
• Keeping up to date with regional market developments, products and competitor activity

Requirements for the successful Wealth Advisor to include:

• Proven experience in a private banking, wealth management or IFA role, ideally in the GCC
• A strong existing network of high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Relevant regulatory qualifications (e.g. CISI, CFA or equivalent)
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• A track record of meeting revenue and AUM growth targets
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
