Water & Shark is expanding its Private Client & Family Office Advisory practice in the UAE and seeks a qualified lawyer to handle sophisticated cross-border wealth structuring for leading families and founders.

You will design wealth structures, lead cross-border engagements, advise on onshore and offshore structuring across jurisdictions, including insurance-based solutions like PPLI, and contribute to building and scaling the practice with a strong client presence.

Qualifications

• Admitted as a qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction.
• 3–4+ years of experience in cross-border private client and wealth structuring.
• Strong multi-jurisdiction European private client and succession law expertise.
• UK, Cypriot or Romanian law experience preferred.
• Excellent drafting skills for complex structuring documents.

• Design and draft sophisticated wealth structures for UHNI families and founders
• Lead complex cross-border private client engagements
• Advise on onshore and offshore wealth structuring across jurisdictions
• Structure insurance-based wealth solutions, including PPLI
• Advise on succession, estate planning and family governance
• Lead execution with rigorous follow-through across every matter
• Develop new structuring ideas and bespoke solutions
• Contribute to building and scaling the practice
• Work closely with banks, trustees, insurers and legal advisers
• Qualified lawyer admitted in a European jurisdiction
