Job summary

Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi is seeking a Membership Acquisition Manager to drive growth by acquiring high-value members and nurturing long-term relationships in Abu Dhabi. You will prospect, onboard, and finalise agreements while engaging senior executives and high-net-worth individuals.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong relationship management experience, and fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is essential.
• Significant experience in relationship management, private client advisory, business development, membership acquisition, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage the full client relationship cycle, from initial contact through to signed agreements.
• Experience engaging with senior executives, business owners, family principals, high-net-worth individuals, or their authorised representatives.
• Previous work experience in private healthcare, private banking, family offices, executive services, premium hospitality, aviation, or another trust-led environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE or wider GCC market is required.
• Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end membership acquisition process, from prospecting and engaging potential members to onboarding and agreement finalisation.
• Nurture relationships with prospective and existing high-value members, including senior executives, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and maintain a robust network within targeted client segments in the UAE and GCC region.
• Advise clients on membership offerings, value propositions, and bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and member satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to elevate brand presence and attract new members.
