Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience in member relations, guest relations or luxury hospitality is expected.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with members, VIPs, and prospective members.
• Act as a key contact, providing personalized, attentive, and discreet service.
• Manage the member journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement and renewals.
• Coordinate exclusive events and experiences to enhance member engagement.
• Maintain confidential member profiles and handle inquiries professionally.
