Job summary
ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai seeks a Priority Capability & Development Manager to lead capability development for Priority Banking and ensure high service standards in Gold Centers.

Responsibilities
- Control and manage priority customer complaints from Call Center, Gold Centres and other channels.
- Monitor RM achievements vs targets and provide run rate solutions.
- Suggest portfolio retagging and movements to enhance RM capabilities.
- Ensure monthly targets are met with productivity within the area.
- Verify Gold centres meet standards and have functional technology.
- Coordinate with other departments for customer requests and complaints.
- Monitor Mystery Shopper scoring and identify improvement areas.
- Support priority staff to improve customer experience and bank dealings.
- Prospect new business opportunities within servicing role.
- Assess and develop RM skills and development needs.
