Job summary

Dubai Municipality seeks an experienced Public Relations professional to lead strategic engagement with customers and leadership in Dubai. You will coordinate with internal units to select effective communication channels for diverse customer segments and ensure alignment with the department's strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences with Public Relations or Languages.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job description

• Develop an institutional plan for customer engagement and communication with the Department and its leadership, in coordination with relevant organizational units. Ensure the selection of effective and efficient communication channels that cater to the needs of different customer segments.
• Analyze customer feedback, opinions, public opinion reports, and customer sentiment regarding the Department’s services across social media platforms and various media channels.
• Review and enhance regulations, policies, instructions, procedures, and operational manuals related to public relations, based on international best practices and in coordination with relevant organizational units within the Department.
• Design and implement all materials and arrangements required for the Department’s participation in local and international exhibitions, and monitor and evaluate the impact of such participation.
• Monitor global and local events, identify those in which the Department should participate, and align participation with the Department’s agenda through community initiatives that support its strategic plan, in coordination with relevant organizational units.
