Job summary

KATIM, part of EDGE Group, is shaping the future of secure communications and advanced technology solutions. It seeks a highly experienced Systems Integrator to lead complex Defence C2 and distributed systems integration across air, land, maritime, and joint environments.

Responsibilities include defining interfaces, conducting integration testing, and coordinating with multiple teams and customers to ensure operational readiness and successful field deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Systems Engineering/System Integration within Defence, Aerospace, Security, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience integrating complex hardware, software, and distributed systems.
• Experience with platform integration, operational environments, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Integrate hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure across air, land, maritime, and joint environments.
• Define and manage system interfaces, interoperability, and interface control documentation.
• Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and operational readiness activities.
• Support platform integration trials, field deployments, customer demonstrations, and interoperability testing.
• Work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, networking, customers, suppliers, and platform teams.

• Troubleshooting, integration testing, technical problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of MBSE, simulation environments, secure communications, and defence standards is desirable.
