Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Principal or senior technical leadership role.
• Strong full-stack architecture depth with experience in enterprise-grade applications.
• Ability to influence and shape Java/Spring Boot services.

• Architect production-grade applications built on top of NovaOS.
• Design and evolve enterprise-grade application services.
• Ensure applications are scalable, observable, secure, and maintainable.
