Job summary

Inception AI, a G42 company, seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives. You will shape AI strategy, drive high-impact projects, and provide technical leadership across hybrid and on-prem deployments.

Expect to pioneer MCP and A2A orchestration with deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud and on-prem integration. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership, and hands-on experience with generative AI, agent frameworks, and secure interoperable

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and development.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AI projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, or Java.
• Expertise in ML algorithms, NLP, CV, and deep learning techniques.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience with data engineering and distributed data technologies (Spark, Ray, Kafka).
• Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments.

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate value of AI initiatives.
