Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer to lead design, architecture and delivery of enterprise AI platforms in a hybrid Abu Dhabi setting. You will drive production-grade AI/ML solutions with a focus on scalability, security and responsible AI.

You will work with architects, cloud engineers and senior stakeholders to guide technical direction, mentoring teams and delivering impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
• Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of ML, Deep Learning and Generative AI.
• Strong MLOps including CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring and architecture ownership.
• Experience building scalable enterprise AI platforms and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across enterprise AI initiatives.
• Lead design, architecture and delivery of production-grade AI/ML platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers and stakeholders to build scalable AI solutions.
