Job summary

Lucky Eng. Services is seeking a highly organized Project Control Planning Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting for construction and engineering projects.

You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, baselines and WBS, and support project teams with effective planning and control strategies. The ideal candidate has strong Primavera P6 expertise, experience with look-ahead planning, delay analysis and earned value management, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management or related field. 3–7 years of experience in Project Planning/Controls/Scheduling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory; ability to prepare/ manage baseline programmes and detailed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, monitor and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare Baseline Programme Baseline Schedule aligned with contractual requirements and milestones.
• Develop WBS, calendars, relationships, constraints and activity sequences.
• Prepare Level 1–3 and detailed execution schedules as required.
• Establish timelines for engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and handover.
• Monitor progress; identify deviations, delays, and critical activities; prepare look-ahead plans.
• Perform CPM analysis; monitor critical path, float and constraints.
• Update schedules with site progress, procurement and fabrication status.
• Prepare EVM reports and KPI dashboards; produce daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
