Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors to gather relevant planning data
• Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule
• Propose mitigation measures to recover slippage or avoid potential delays
• Participate in progress meetings with client and other stakeholders
• Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis and other contractual time‑related documentation
• Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with client requirements and standards
• Support cost control and risk management functions as required
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align schedule with resource and material availability
