The ideal candidate will hold a recognised teaching qualification, have experience mentoring colleagues, and knowledge of international Primary curricula.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification with classroom practice in Primary education.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and leading professional development.
• Knowledge of international Primary curricula (British, IB, or equivalent).
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about inclusive learning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality learning across the Primary phase.
• Ensure consistency in planning, assessment, and pedagogy aligned with international standards.
• Mentor colleagues, lead training sessions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress and raise attainment while championing inclusive learning.
