Job summary

Client of ASQ International in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Primary Learning Coordinator to drive teaching excellence across the Primary phase. You will support teachers in curriculum planning, monitor classroom practice and promote high standards of pedagogy and student progress.

The role focuses on mentoring colleagues, leading professional development and coordinating curriculum delivery to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification with several years of primary classroom practice.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and lead professional development.
• Knowledge of international Primary curricula (British, IB, or equivalent).
• Strong organisation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in delivering engaging learning across the Primary phase.
• Ensure consistency in planning, assessment and pedagogy aligned with international standards.
• Mentor colleagues, lead training sessions and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress and implement strategies to raise attainment and inclusion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive whole school improvement.
• Support partnerships with parents and the Fujairah community.
