Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh high school pass-out or undergraduate pursuing a degree in any discipline.
• Additional IT/technical certifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the presales document repository with a clear folder structure and version control.
• Process and compile documents for proposals, RFP/RFQ responses and tender submissions.
• Prepare and update standard templates for proposals, compliance statements, cover letters and presentations.
• Format documents and proposals to company standards and proofread for accuracy and consistency.
• Keep reference documents such as company profiles, certificates and case studies current.
• Track requests, deadlines and submission status; coordinate with presales, sales and finance teams to collect inputs.
