Job summary

Atara Development invites an experienced Real Estate Development Relationship Manager to represent premium off-plan residential projects in Dubai, engage clients, and drive sales. You will conduct property viewings, deliver presentations, build a network of agencies and brokers, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to execute sales strategies.

Requirements include 2+ years in Dubai real estate development sales, multilingual ability, a UAE driving license, and CRM proficiency for

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales.
Proven track record in selling off-plan properties.
Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers.
Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred).
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Available for immediate joining or short notice.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects.
Conduct property viewings, deliver presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultations.
Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
