Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest service, while delivering engaging experiences in a premium hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has prior bartender experience, strong beverage knowledge, and excellent English. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with good teamwork and up-selling skills to enhance guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Handle guest feedback and requests promptly.
• Follow all safety and hotel procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements.
