Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven UAE experience in automotive sales, BD, or commercial management.
- Strong understanding of German and European premium vehicles.
- Experience building long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Premium car care or specialist service centre experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build relationships with premium vehicle owners and automotive partners.
- Oversee and manage the sales and service advisor team.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure campaigns and service capacity match demand.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitors.
- Provide accurate quotations and timely follow-ups.
