Job summary

BrightPath Engineering is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will work with lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills to produce quality parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, monitoring operations, performing adjustments, and conducting basic maintenance while adhering to strict safety practices. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders and drills.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for efficient production.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
