Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of tooling, materials, programming languages, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts or tools.
• Set up machines and load programs.
• Monitor operation and quality; make adjustments as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and keep a clean, safe workspace; ensure accuracy.
