Job summary

Workato in Abu-Dhabi, UAE seeks a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of CNC operating experience and be able to read blueprints, select cutting tools, and adjust machine controls to ensure precise part production.

Responsibilities include operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, choosing tools, performing maintenance checks, and collaborating with others on the line to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of CNC operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience selecting cutting tools for different materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, form, mill or turn parts according to instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints for product specifications.
• Select the correct tools for the job including drills, milling cutters and grinders.
• Adjust machine controls to ensure precise cutting of parts according to instructions.
• Work with other personnel on the production line as needed.
• Complete regular maintenance checks on CNC machinery and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
