Job summary

PPOAR in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating and maintaining complex machinery to support daily manufacturing processes, while prioritizing safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience with industrial machines (CNC experience a plus), the ability to read blueprints, good hand-eye coordination, and the capacity to work independently under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating industrial machines; CNC experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to safety.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate machines in accordance with established safety procedures
• Perform routine maintenance on machines such as lubrication, cleaning, and making minor adjustments
• Troubleshoot and repair machines when needed
• Ensure that all production standards are met while adhering to safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and other relevant data
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding job duties
• Communicate with other operators regarding machine operation or any problems that may arise
