Job summary

Robohub is seeking a diligent Stock Controller to manage inventory, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and support warehousing operations in Dubai. The role includes receiving stock, maintaining accurate records, and organizing the store for efficient retrieval.

You will liaise with suppliers and logistics partners, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with handling procedures. Arabic skills are a plus and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics.
• Familiar with stock management systems or inventory software.
• Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and move stock.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Stock Management

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notes
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts, flagging discrepancies or damaged items promptly
• Organise and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrieval
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds
• Maintain an asset register for all items in the store including equipment and spare parts

Outbound Shipment & Logistics

• Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international orders
• Ensure all items are packed securely and labelled correctly as per shipping requirements
• Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange pickups, provide required documents, and follow up on delivery status
• Maintain a shipment log tracking all outbound orders, delivery confirmations, and returns

Inbound & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on inbound deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and accurate documentation
• Handle import-related paperwork and liaise with clearing agents where required
• Verify supplier delivery notes against purchase orders and report any shortages or discrepancies

General Operations

• Support the operations team with packing, loading, and handling of goods including heavy or sensitive equipment
• Ensure all handling procedures are followed correctly, particularly for fragile or high-value items
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in a storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics role
• Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software
• Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills
• Physically able to handle, lift, and move stock and equipment as required
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills — comfortable with Excel and inventory tools
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
