Job summary

AVI-SPL Middle East is seeking a Design Engineer to turn client requirements into scalable AV system designs and detailed documentation. You will collaborate with sales and account managers to capture requirements, assess risks, and communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

You will produce BOMs, diagrams, and infrastructure plans, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure designs meet project objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to capture requirements and translate into system designs.
• Provide design concepts and explain how proposed AV systems meet client needs.
• Produce labor estimates, BOMs, and design packages for proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, and contractors to align designs with project constraints.
• Support project teams during implementation as the design authority.
