Job summary

AVI-SPL Middle East is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee the technical delivery of their largest and most complex AV integration projects in Dubai. You will review projects, finalize BOMs, drawings, infrastructure, and network coordination in preparation for installation and commissioning.

You will mentor and support team growth, balancing customer expectations with business needs while ensuring alignment with project goals and scope. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving skills for AV systems and complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical delivery of large AV integration projects.
