Job summary

GEMS Education is seeking a Pre-Prep Class Teacher for FS1 to Year 4 to deliver a dynamic curriculum aligned with the British Curriculum. The role focuses on fostering literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity and critical thinking through inquiry-based and play-based learning.

You will work in a nurturing, inclusive environment, emphasising safeguarding, pastoral care, and strong relationships with families and staff while leveraging technology to personalise learning and achieve

Qualifications

• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Masters or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Have proven experience of teaching Pre Prep (FS - Year 4).
• Have a willingness to collaborate and share their outstanding practice.
• Have a growth mindset, whereby they are reflective and solution focussed.
• Be creative and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents.
