Job summary

Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive commercial performance across rooms, packages, groups and events in a dynamic pre-opening environment.

You will lead forecasting, pricing, distribution and market positioning, collaborating with the Senior Director of Sales and the commercial team to maximise ADR, RevPAR and occupancy while maintaining rate integrity, and translating data into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Revenue Management, hotel or resort experience.
• Experience in pre-opening environments advantageous.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and pricing skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
• Familiarity with PMS/RMS/CRS and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Set pricing, inventory and yield strategies across segments.
• Monitor demand patterns, booking pace, cancellations and trends.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to optimise channels.
• Support pre-opening market positioning and launch activities.
• Provide revenue performance analysis with clear recommendations.
