• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Detail-focused approach with strong accuracy in measurements, pricing, and commercial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and commercial assessments.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender analysis reports.
• Support procurement activities with cost data and commercial input.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight risks.
