Currie & Brown is seeking a Cost Manager (Pre-contract) to join our growing Dubai team. You will support project leaders with high-quality cost services, ensuring successful outcomes for clients, and sharing knowledge across projects.

Key responsibilities include delivering cost management services, maintaining clear communications for project success, and representing the company professionally to build strong client relationships in a global consultancy environment.

Formación

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Procurement experience is essential.
• MRICS membership preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a global consultancy.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive and commercially astute.

Responsabilidades

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Maintaining effective communication for successful project completion; liaising with managers for financial control.
• Undertaking cost management services as part of a team.
• Delivering all work outputs accurately and on time.
• Providing support to team leaders in cost management of projects.
• Representing Currie & Brown professionally and building client relationships.

Currie & Brown are looking for a Cost Manager (Pre-contract) to join our growing team in Dubai.

As a Cost Manager you will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

You will be:

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control
• Undertaking cost management services as part of a team
• Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in the cost management of projects
• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; building great client relationships

What do you need?:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Previous procurement experience is essential for the role
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) - preferred but not essential
• Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm
• To be comfortable working in a client facing role
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
