Job summary

Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with 8+ years’ consultancy experience in cost management and procurement advisory is sought to lead pre-contract and post-contract services in a Dubai-based team. Strong CostX proficiency, MRICS status preferred, and ability to manage multiple high-profile projects are essential.

Candidates should be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering cost plans,

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification or current progression towards chartership preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience; 10+ years highly desirable.
• Consultancy experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract services.
• Experience using CostX is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies.
• Undertake tender documentation, tender analysis and procurement advice.
• Manage valuations, payment applications and cost reporting.
• Assess and negotiate variations and change control.
• Prepare final accounts and support project close-out.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure delivery.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of commercial and contractual advice.
