Job summary

Khaled Al-Marri & Partners in Dubai is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to support the management of our legal teams, enhance operational efficiency and contribute to an excellent client experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, Managing Partner and the Heads of three Practice Areas—Litigation, Arbitration & DIFC, and Transactions & Regulatory—driving HR, workflows and standards across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, people management or professional services operations.
• Experience managing professional teams and working directly with senior leadership.
• Sound knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Familiarity with Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Practice Management: Coordinate teams, resources, workflows and priorities across the three Practice Areas.
• Team Performance: Support performance management, professional development, collaboration and effective delivery of responsibilities.
• Client Experience: Help enhance responsiveness, communication and consistency in client service.
• Human Resources: Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, performance appraisals and employee transitions.
• Professional Standards: Support compliance with internal policies, confidentiality obligations, professional ethics and workplace standards.
• Leadership Support: Assist the Founder and Practice Heads with staffing, team coordination and practice management initiatives.
