Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS seeks a Senior Legal Advisor/Legal Manager to lead legal affairs in Dubai, handling contract law, corporate, real estate, investments, compliance, and dispute management.

The role covers advisory on Local & DIFC laws, drafting and negotiating shareholder/investment agreements, MOUs and vendor contracts, and overseeing real estate and regulatory matters with governance and litigation oversight.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in legal practice, including 2–3 years in local/DIFC environment.
• Strong advisory skills across corporate, commercial and real estate matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities; fluent English required (Arabic a plus).

• Provide legal advisory on Local & DIFC laws and corporate and commercial frameworks.
• Draft, review & negotiate contracts (shareholder, investment, NDAs, MOUs, vendor/service agreements).
• Advise on real estate legal matters, RERA compliance & disputes.
• Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance & risk management.
• Manage litigation and disputes & liaise with regulators/external counsel.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a Common Law jurisdiction (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
• 7–10 years experience (incl. 2–3 years local/DIFC).
• Strong in corporate, commercial, and real estate legal advisory.
• Excellent drafting & negotiation skills; English fluency a must (Arabic a plus).
