Responsibilities

• Support regional PR strategy implementation across MEIAT.

• Build relationships with regional media and support interviews and press opportunities.
• Coordinate press releases, translations, approvals, distributions and media lists.
• Plan and execute press events, presentations, activations and press trips.
• Coordinate local and international photo shoots with Maison guidelines.
• Monitor media coverage and PR reporting; identify editorial highlights.
• Maintain PR calendars, trackers and project timelines; ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with agencies, Operations and internal stakeholders on multiple PR projects.

What are we expecting from you?

As part of the Regional PR team, you will support the implementation of the Maison’s PR strategy across the MEIAT region. Working closely with regional markets, media partners, agencies and internal teams, you will contribute to strengthening the Maison’s visibility while ensuring consistency with our image and standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of the regional PR strategy across multiple markets and coordinating day-to-day media requests and activities.
• Building and nurturing relationships with regional media and supporting interviews, editorial opportunities and press requests.
• Coordinating press releases, including translations, approvals, distribution timelines and maintaining accurate media lists.
• Supporting the planning and execution of press events, presentations, activations and press trips.
• Coordinating local and international photo shoots, including creations, consignments and logistics, while ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines.
• Monitoring media coverage, coordinating PR reporting and identifying relevant editorial highlights and insights.
• Maintaining PR calendars, trackers, databases and project timelines to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
• Working closely with agencies, Operations and internal stakeholders to coordinate multiple PR projects and initiatives.
• Anticipating team needs and proactively supporting upcoming launches, events and editorial opportunities.
• Ensuring the Maison’s image and reputation are upheld across all external communications and interactions.
